Job Title: Manager -Real Estate Channel Partners

Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Real Estate Channel Partners in Bangalore. As a Channel Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and onboard new channel partners, including brokers, agents, and other real estate professionals.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales and achieve targets.

3. Provide comprehensive product knowledge to channel partners, ensuring they are equipped to effectively promote our real estate offerings.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and campaigns that support the growth of the channel partner network.

5. Conduct regular training sessions for channel partners to enhance their understanding of our products and services.

6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business expansion.

7. Act as a point of contact for channel partners, addressing any queries or concerns they may have in a timely manner.

8. Prepare reports on sales performance, market analysis, and partner engagement activities for management review.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Real Estate Channel Partner or similar role in the Bangalore market.

2. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate industry, including market trends and regulatory requirements.

3. Strong network of contacts within the real estate sector, particularly with brokers and agents in Bangalore.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

5. Self-motivated individual with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

6. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing partner relationships.
