Position: Senior Manager - Strategy and Operations

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team in the position of Strategy and Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, overseeing operational efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic plans: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the company's long-term goals and objectives. Create comprehensive strategic plans that align with these goals, considering market trends, competitive analysis, and internal capabilities.

2. Drive operational excellence: Identify opportunities for process improvement across various departments. Streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, and enhance operational efficiency to achieve cost savings and maximize productivity.

3. Conduct market research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Analyze data to identify growth opportunities, assess market potential, and make informed business decisions.

4. Analyze financial performance: Monitor financial metrics including revenue growth, profitability, and cost management. Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for achieving financial targets.

5. Lead cross-functional projects: Collaborate with different teams within the organization to drive strategic initiatives forward. Define project scope, set objectives, allocate resources effectively, manage timelines, and ensure successful project completion.

6. Develop business cases: Evaluate new business opportunities by conducting feasibility studies and preparing detailed business cases. Assess risks and benefits associated with potential ventures or partnerships.

7. Present recommendations to senior leadership: Prepare clear and concise reports/presentations outlining findings from analyses or projects undertaken. Present recommendations based on data-driven insights that support informed decision-making at the executive level.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).

2. Proven track record of at least 10 years in a managerial role focused on strategy development or operations management.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.

4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

6. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.

7. Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

8. Proficiency in using various business tools and software applications.

Job Location: Bangalore

Salary Package : 16,00,000 -18,00,000 INR per annum.
