Position: Legal Drafting & Documentation Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Drafting & Documentation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and review of legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other legal materials. Your primary objective will be to ensure accuracy, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities:
1. Draft and review various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, policies, terms of service, and other related materials.
2. Conduct thorough research on legal issues to support the drafting process.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as legal counsel, executives, and department heads to gather necessary information for document creation.
4. Ensure that all drafted documents comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
5. Review existing legal documents for updates or modifications as required.
6. Maintain an organized database of all legal documents for easy access and retrieval.
7. Assist in the negotiation and settlement of contractual terms when necessary.
8. Provide guidance on legal matters to internal teams as needed.9. Stay updated on changes in laws or regulations that may impact the organization's operations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; a Law degree is preferred.
2. Proven experience working in legal drafting and documentation within a corporate setting or law firm environment.
3. Strong knowledge of contract law principles and familiarity with various types of contracts/agreements (e.g., employment contracts, vendor agreements).
4. Exceptional attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills.
5. Proficient in conducting legal research using reliable sources.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
7. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
9. Proficiency in using legal research databases and document management systems.
10. Adherence to strict confidentiality guidelines and ethical standards.

Salary Package : 9,00,000 -12,00,000 INR per annum.
