Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Accounts Executive will report to the Finance Manager and collaborate with other departments to support the overall financial management of the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Process and record financial transactions accurately in a timely manner.
2. Prepare and maintain various accounting documents including invoices, vouchers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
3. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports on a regular basis.
4. Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payment collections and accurate vendor payments.
5. Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
6. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
7. Review expense claims for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
8. Assist with month-end closing activities including accruals, prepayments, and general ledger reconciliations.
9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial information as needed.10. Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CA/ICWA/CFA/CMA qualification preferred).
2. Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
3. Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, laws, and regulations.
4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, etc.) and MS Office applications (especially Excel).
5. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
8. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary Package : 7,00,000 -9,00,000 INR per annum.
