Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager, Private Equity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager/Manager in the Private Equity department. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and executing private equity investments, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and executing private equity investment opportunities.

2. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment targets, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.

3. Prepare investment memos and presentations for review by senior management and investment committee.

4. Monitor and track the performance of portfolio companies, including financial reporting and analysis.

5. Support portfolio companies in strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and value creation initiatives.

6. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including investors, advisors, and industry experts.

7. Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting the private equity sector.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure successful execution of investments.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or related field (Master's degree preferred).

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in private equity or related field.

3. Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel.

4. Solid understanding of investment valuation techniques and financial analysis.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

6. Proven track record of successfully executing private equity transactions from sourcing to exit.

7. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

8. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

9. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal teams as well as external stakeholders.
